Job Description

RSC Landscaping is a leading provider of landscape maintenance services, dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. As a Landscape Maintenance Field Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance clients in the field, fostering strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular property walk-throughs. Monitor job sites to ensure cleanliness, quality, and consistency, upholding company standards and horticultural best practices. Organize daily and weekly crew schedules, assign tasks, and provide on-the-job training to new and existing crew members in equipment use, horticulture, safety, and customer service. Motivate and mentor crews to work efficiently and professionally, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. Identify property needs and enhancement opportunities during site visits, communicating these to clients and the sales team. Assist in preparing proposals and estimating small-scale maintenance projects. Collaborate with sales and office teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Enforce safety protocols and company policies on all job sites. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field; supervisory experience preferred. Strong understanding of horticulture, turf care, and landscape maintenance practices. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Valid driver's license. $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
