Maintenance Superintendent

Maintenance Superintendent - Large Manufacturing Facility (Southern Delaware) 2nd Shift - Processing Operations Full Relocation Assistance Available!!! The Judge Group is Seeking a Maintenance Superintendent in a food manufacturing facility in Southern Delaware. Must Have Food Manufacturing Experience 5+ years of relevant maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Background in layout design, drafting, project management, ergonomic design, industrial engineering, or CAD operation . Familiarity with regulatory and quality requirements applicable to production facilities.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and direct maintenance activities , including developing work plans, assigning methods, and establishing procedures. Support maintenance and operational planning for new construction or facility modifications, including recommending procedures and standards. Design and update equipment and process layouts for new installations or modifications to existing systems. Prepare cost estimates for equipment, materials, labor, and supplies. Oversee repairs involving building systems, mechanical components, and structural issues. Review completed work orders and assist in establishing maintenance policies and repair standards.
