Winter Haven, FL We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the launch of a brand-new, fully automated plant, opening soon in Winter Haven, Florida. You're seeking a full-time, permanent position that combines cutting-edge automation with excellent benefits and long-term career growth, this is the role for you. This state-of-the-art facility will feature the latest technology in automation and systems integration. Prior to the site launch, full training will be provided at our operational centers in Canada. All expenses are paid, and the training is fully compensated. You will be supported by a team of experts and benefit from one of the most competitive benefits packages in the industry. You have at least 4 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the manufacturing industry and you are looking to join a globally renowned company and play a key role in launching a fully automated, state-of-the-art facility from the ground up?

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
Strong background in manufacturing environments
Post-secondary education in mechanical/electrical or related fields
Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S. for training purposes until site is operational (+
6 months)
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and accountability across all maintenance shifts in the fully automated 24/7 facility
Develop and manage performance reports, tracking key metrics (KPIs) and analyzing recurring system faults
Partner with the Site Manager to assess and refine maintenance protocols while upholding service level commitments
Ensure maintenance teams are properly resourced and scheduled, with close oversight of staffing levels, overtime, and overall team effectiveness
Manage the use and maintenance of the Witron Computerized Management System, ensuring compliance with all scheduled, corrective, and preventive maintenance activities
Inspire and guide the team as a proactive coach and mentor, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement
