Key Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Sweep sidewalks, walkways, entrances, parking areas, and exterior common areas to maintain a clean and professional appearance. Remove litter, leaves, branches, and loose debris from sidewalks, landscaped areas, parking lots, and surrounding grounds. Empty exterior trash receptacles, replace liners, and ensure trash areas remain clean, organized, and free of overflow. Maintain building entrances, public-facing areas, and outdoor spaces so they remain neat, safe, and presentable. Perform basic groundswork, including debris removal, light cleanup around landscaping, and general exterior upkeep. Assist with light exterior cleaning tasks such as wiping down outdoor surfaces, removing cobwebs, and spot-cleaning high-visibility areas. Monitor the property for spills, hazards, damage, or maintenance concerns and report issues to management promptly. Support seasonal and weather-related cleanup after rain, storms, wind, or heavy debris buildup. Follow assigned cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and company standards while working independently or as part of a team. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing Xtremely Clean Janitorial Services at assigned locations.

Qualified candidates should have:

Prior janitorial, groundskeeping, landscaping, or exterior cleaning experience preferred, but not required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift Reliable transportation to Downtown Bartow and/or Winter Haven Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean properties Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks on schedule Professional attitude and dependable attendance Must be able to pass any required background screening for assigned locations Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Reliable Transportation Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision Comfortable working outside Respectful, professional, and team-oriented Serious about maintaining high cleaning and appearance standards Why Work With Xtremely Clean Janitorial Services?
