Job Description

Our client is a well-known food manufacturer with a few plants in the US. Due to growth, seeking a Maintenance Manager/Supervisor for its Florida plant.
Primary duties/responsibilities include:
Manage, train and mentor maintenance team on respective shift. Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance is performed on manufacturing equipment to include installations and modifications. May be responsible for facilities and surrounding grounds as well Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with OSHA and SOP's Provide reports to management and executives. Position reports to Director of Engineering. Ideal candidates for Maintenance Manager/Supervisor will possess the following: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 6+ years experience in a manufacturing environment or high-speed distribution center 3+ years experience supervising/leading technicians or mechanics Experience with PLC's and automation Understanding of LEAN Six Sigma (5S) and GMP Salary up to $110k/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA.
Pay Details:
