What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Supervisor , you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations and upkeep of our property. You'll ensure the buildings, grounds, and amenities are always in top condition and ready for residents to enjoy. You'll work alongside the Property Manager, to maintain the highest standards for safety, appearance, and functionality. You'll be responsible for maintaining the property at a high level while staying fully involved in the day-to-day work.
Your responsibilities include:
Performing daily maintenance work across the property, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and painting Completing and overseeing service requests , ensuring they are handled quickly and correctly Handling unit turns / punch work to get apartments move-in ready Conducting regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal Maintaining grounds, common areas, and building systems in top condition Taking the lead on preventative maintenance to reduce long-term issues Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues independently and efficiently Working directly with vendors when needed and ensuring work is completed properly Keeping accurate records of work orders and updates in the system (Yardi, AppWork, or similar) Participating in on-call rotation and responding to emergencies as needed Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, Fair Housing, and ADA requirements Every task you complete contributes directly to the comfort and satisfaction of our residents — and that's something to take pride in. Who You Are You're a doer first. You don't wait—you take initiative, solve problems, and get results. We're looking for someone with: 2+ years of property maintenance or facilities experience (multifamily preferred) Strong hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs
EPA / HVAC
certification required Ability to diagnose issues quickly and fix them the right way Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing quality Solid communication and resident service skills Experience using work order systems (Yardi, AppWork, etc.) Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a physically active role Flexibility for on-call and weekend rotation If you're self-motivated, take initiative, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, you'll fit right in here.

Physical & Work Requirements:
This is a hands-on role. You'll spend much of your day walking the property, using tools, repairing equipment, and assisting residents. You should be comfortable climbing, lifting, bending, and performing physical tasks as part of your daily routine. You'll also need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-call duties and supply runs. Join Us!
