Direct and supervise facility and equipment maintenance activities. Monitor work orders and preventive maintenance schedules. Manage maintenance budgets and project costs. Supervise mechanics and technicians; lead daily shift meetings. ... Assign tasks based on priority, equipment needs, and staff skills. Evaluate employee performance and provide guidance or training. Maintain inventory and shop conditions. Investigate accidents, complete reports, and enforce safety protocols. Recommend personnel actions (hiring, promotion, discipline, etc.). Keep operational records and implement maintenance policies. Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and food safety (FSSC 22000) standards.

Qualifications:
