Job Description

Structure Resources is seeking a Superintendent to join our client's North Carolina office. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a 100% employee-owned, civil construction company. They are looking for a Superintendent with Highway, Roadway, and Infrastructure experience. The ideal candidate will also have experience performing all work within an established time frame and ensuring that work is done in conformance with quality work standards, projected man-hours, within established company guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements.
