Plan and execute deep maintenance projects (deep cleaning), special assignments, and emergency service requests. Coordinate and oversee technical services such as power washing, soft washing, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, steam shower maintenance, grout treatment, and floor surface maintenance. Supervise the proper use, maintenance, and safe operation of machinery, industrial equipment, and specialized tools.
Assign tasks, establish priorities, and monitor team performance to ensure service quality and operational standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational protocols, and internal policies. Coordinate with management regarding service scheduling, resource allocation, and operational requirements. Document completed activities and report progress, incidents, and team performance results to management.
