Certified to join our Maintenance team! We are a private company that specializes in providing professional, resident focused apartment and condominium community management. We believe that developing solid relationships with our residents, employees, vendors, investors, and partners is at the forefront of our success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs in a timely and professional manner. Inspect vacated apartments and schedule necessary services and repairs. Complete special projects as may be assigned or prioritized by management/ownership. Complete and oversee preventative maintenance. Order parts and supplies/maintain inventory within company guidelines utilizing appropriate inventory control systems. Maintain shop(s) to standards to facilitate assessment of inventory. Possess working knowledge of HVAC systems as required to maintain, repair, and replace systems. Must be HVAC certified if required. Possess advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry to be performed on vacant or occupied units. Pool/spa maintenance as required by jurisdiction or property.

Certified. High School diploma or equivalent certificate (some college or technical training preferred).
Physical requirements include:
excessive mobility, ability to lift 50 lbs, ability to operate hand tools for repairs, ability to drive, and tolerance to extremes of hot and cold weather may be necessary. Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. May be required to hold valid First Aid Certification and valid Driver's License.
