Job Description

Role Overview The Franchise Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of a location. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced automotive services environment.
Key Responsibilities Staff Management:
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise technicians and service staff. Ensure employees understand and uphold quality standards, detailing procedures, and service protocols.
Indeed Customer Service:
Ensure an exceptional customer experience. Provide product and service information, answer customer questions in person and over the phone, SimplyHired and resolve complaints professionally.
Sales & Revenue:
Drive sales performance, set and monitor targets, and develop strategies to grow the customer base.
Financial Management:
Assist with cash receipts, deposits, and other treasury management. Maintain financial records and ensure financial transactions are properly recorded.
SimplyHired Quality Control:
Oversee the quality of all services performed — including detailing, rust protection, window tinting, and spray-on liners — to ensure they meet Ziebart's standards.
Shop Operations:
Manage the day-to-day workflow of the shop, coordinate appointments, and ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure the location meets all company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Prior experience in automotive services, retail management, or a related field Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency for reporting and scheduling Ability to work in a hands-on, sometimes physically demanding shop environment
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
