You will leverage your technical expertise in building systems to optimize facility performance and support a productive environment for all team members. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to maximize the longevity and reliability of critical facility equipment. Manage and troubleshoot building access control systems and physical security hardware to ensure site safety. Perform proactive repairs on plumbing, electrical, and structural components to minimize operational downtime. Coordinate with internal teams to address facility needs, ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and safety. Document maintenance activities and equipment performance to drive continuous improvement in facility operations. Handle physical tasks including the movement of equipment and materials up to 50 lbs as required for site upkeep. Qualifications Required Skills Associate's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience. Demonstrated proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and physical security system repairs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel between local sites. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on mechanical and building system diagnostics. Preferred Skills Technical certification or trade experience in HVAC, electrical, or general construction. Working knowledge of AutoCAD for facility planning and layout modifications. Proven ability to manage complex maintenance projects within a fast-paced industrial or laboratory environment.
