Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of pool maintenance and repair technicians. Assign daily service routes and determine schedules and work priorities. Inspect, test, and evaluate completed work to verify conformance to safety and quality standards. Train and monitor technicians in pool system diagnostics, chemical balancing, equipment repair, and safety procedures. Examine pool systems to determine necessary repairs, including pumps, filtration systems, heaters, valves, and plumbing components. Review service reports, approve job classifications, and monitor operational documentation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, municipal codes, and industry standards. Coordinate professional leak detection services and advanced technical diagnostics. Confer with customers to explain technical findings and recommend corrective actions. Inspect and oversee corrective actions to ensure compliance with applicable safety codes and regulatory standards for commercial pools, including supervision of repairs related to safety equipment, signage, ladders, and lifesaving devices. Position requires travel within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
