We're built on precision, integrity, and white-glove service — and we're looking for a Director of Maintenance who shares that standard. The Role We need a hands-on DOM/Inspector who ensures every job leaving our shop is done right and documented right. This is not a desk-only compliance role — you'll be actively involved in job planning, inspections, and making sure our team has what they need to do quality work the first time. You'll be the final word on airworthiness and FAA compliance across all work performed. What You'll Own Final inspection and airworthiness sign-off on structural, corrosion, composite, and paint work FAA compliance across all paperwork, records, and work order documentation Ensuring jobs are properly planned and staged before work begins — parts, tooling, data, approvals Catching and correcting issues before they become rework, damage, or compliance findings Partnering directly with ownership on quality standards, training, and process improvement Acting as the primary point of accountability for regulatory audits and inspections Requirements FAA A&P certificate required FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) required Proven experience in an inspection, quality, or DOM-equivalent role at an aviation repair station or MRO Experience with turbine aircraft and reciprocating engine aircraft.
