Job duties include:

Interacting with customers Writing service estimates, dispatching and facilitating work flow Creating a highly motivated team Responsible for shop safety Managing parts, inventory and outside purchases Our ideal candidate will have: Good customer relations and phone skills Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment A solid commitment to quality and safety Be a problem solver and decision maker Have proven strong sales and closing ability Knowledgeable in vehicle repairs and estimating necessary work A clear work ethic and desire to succeed The ability to be reliable and dependable A positive attitude We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, prescription drugs, paid holidays and vacation as well as a 5 day work week.
