Lakeland, FL Payrate $23/h 1. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating and prioritizing daily maintenance activities. 2. Provide day-to-day guidance and support to maintenance technicians and assign work as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. 3. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment, conveyors, dock doors, pallet jacks, racking, and facility systems. 4. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, and general building maintenance issues. 5. Complete routine inspections of equipment and the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns. 6. Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize operational downtime. 7. Ensure work is completed in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. 8. Assist with maintaining work orders, preventative maintenance schedules, and repair d. 9. employees on equipment, repair procedures, and safety practices. 10. Assist with warehouse improvement projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades. 11. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop and work areas. 12. Perform other duties as assigned. 13. 3+ years of maintenance experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. 14.
