Job Description
Resort Management is seeking a motivated, energetic, and dependable professional to join our team in a unique hybrid role combining Community Association Management (CAM) with hands-on property maintenance oversight . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in solving problems, and is equally comfortable working with people, computers, and basic maintenance tasks. You'll spend much of your time independently managing one or more beautiful condominium communities while receiving support and guidance from an experienced Marco Island based manager. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned condominium communities. Build positive relationships with Board Members, owners, vendors, and contractors. Perform routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs. Complete minor maintenance tasks and repairs when appropriate. Coordinate larger maintenance projects with outside contractors. Prepare professional letters, reports, and correspondence. Utilize property management software, Microsoft Office, email, and online portals. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Respond to owner questions and maintenance concerns in a professional manner. Help ensure each property is maintained to Resort Management's high standards. Qualifications Active Florida CAM License (or ability to obtain one). Comfortable using computers, smartphones, email, and web-based management software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. General maintenance and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Honest, dependable, and professional. Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
