(Naples, FL) wishes to recruit an Estate Manager to: Manage the care and maintenance of clients homes by developing customized preventative maintenance plans, performing routine inspections, identifying and resolving concerns, and coordinating with clients, staff, vendors, and subcontractors. The Estate Manager will develop and manage a customizable Home Inspection & Maintenance Program to include: Weekly general home inspections Roof system inspection and routine maintenance Window and door inspection and maintenance Air conditioning system inspection and maintenance Audio/video, electrical, and lighting control inspection and maintenance Grounds, structure, and property maintenance inspection Salary to $50,000 per year.
