In this role, you will: Lead a service team with clarity, coaching, and accountability Strengthen long-term customer relationships through consistency & trust Drive productivity, technician development, and operational excellence Increase profitability through staffing efficiency & quality standards Ensure the department delivers reliable, high-quality workmanship Foster collaboration with other departments to support dealership success Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of an efficient, profitable Service Department Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and followthrough Support and guide technicians through training, development, and performance feedback Uphold warranty guidelines and ensure accurate documentation Maintain high product and technical knowledge to support the team Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs Maintain departmental organization, workflow, and adherence to processes Collaborate with other departments to achieve dealership goals Champion a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement Required Qualifications 5+ years of technical experience in the medium/heavyduty truck industry Technician training such as ASE and/or OEM certifications (desired) Strong internal and external customer service abilities Familiarity with warranty processes and guidelines Proven ability to lead others in a positive, empowering way Strong written and verbal communication skills High degree of product and technical knowledge Strong organizational abilities and comfort with multitasking Preferred Qualifications
