Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Superintendent to lead and oversee the operations, maintenance, and management of our manufacturing or industrial facilities. This pivotal role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate complex projects, supervise maintenance teams, and ensure optimal facility performance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in facilities management, mechanical and electrical systems, and industrial maintenance, all while fostering a safety-first environment. Experience Do you have 10 years or more experience in water control and construction? Have you successfully managed water control projects and road maintenance? Heavy equipment operation Stormwater Management Dirt Road Maintenance Quality Control Project Management and Reporting Employee Management and Operator Training Fiscal Management- Operations and Capital Budgeting Computer Skills- MW Word, Excel, Email and Zoom You must have prior success: Creating Project Plans, Schedules, & Progress Reporting Working with executive leadership to establish long-term priorities. Guiding and training equipment operators With a track record of budget planning and accountability Working with enormous energy and an overwhelming passion for excellence. Government experience is a plus but not required. You must have a working knowledge of Reading blueprints, plans, and specifications.
