Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Orange Park, FL 32073 Full-time Full-time We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and functionality of our small community, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform appliance repairs , electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work as needed. Assist with custodial tasks and grounds maintenance to keep the property in top condition. Complete apartment make-readies before new residents move in. Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance, work orders, annual inspections, and inventory. Be available for on-call emergency maintenance during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid driver's license (Required) EPA Certification (Required) Painting Experience (Preferred) Bilingual candidates preferred, but not mandatory

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $25/hour, commensurate with experience 40 hours per week

Schedule:

8-hour shifts | Monday - Friday | Morning shift | On-call rotation as needed
