We're looking for a hands-on, dependable, and experienced Maintenance Manager who takes pride in keeping communities safe, beautiful, and running smoothly. If you're a motivated maintenance professional who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and keeping communities looking their best, we want to hear from you! Pay rate is $26 and up based on experience What you'll do: Perform general maintenance and repairs Light electrical work, lighting replacement & timer adjustments Preventative maintenance inspections & scheduling Pressure washing & aesthetic upkeep Light painting, stucco repair & masonry work Maintain tools, supplies & equipment inventory Conduct HOA property inspections Coordinate with vendors and contractors Assist with clubhouse event setup/takedown Respond to maintenance concerns professionally and efficiently Be available for on-call emergencies when needed
Property Responsibilities Include:
Buildings Sidewalks Parks & common areas Parking lot & walkway lighting Perimeter walls Mechanical equipment systems What We're looking for: High School Diploma or equivalent Previous maintenance experience required HOA/Condo Association experience preferred Strong communication & organizational skills Basic internet and computer proficiency Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Ability to lift at least 30 lbs bilingual a plus Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
