Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and reliability of our property. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, driving efficiency and safety standards across the facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader with strong technical expertise and management skills to make a significant impact on our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:
Supervising maintenance technicians, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ability to motivate and guide multiple teams.
Planning and Scheduling:
Developing maintenance schedules, prioritizing tasks, and managing work assignments.
Maintenance Operations:
Overseeing routine and emergency maintenance, ensuring prompt and efficient completion of repairs.
Safety Compliance:
Enforcing safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and ensuring a safe working environment.
Budget Management:
Contributing to the maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and recommending cost-effective solutions.
Inventory Management:
Maintaining adequate stock of materials and equipment and ordering as needed.
Quality Assurance:
Inspecting completed work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Communication:
Communicating with staff, management, and contractors to ensure clear information flow and project completion.
Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving maintenance issues, implementing preventative measures, and recommending improvements. Analytical and decision-making skills to address maintenance issues.
Experience:
Basic knowledge of general construction, plumbing, electrical, and commercial pool maintenance. Reports to General Manager regarding any issues or concerns.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
