Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of an aging high-rise building situated on the water. This energetic leader will coordinate repairs, manage maintenance staff, and ensure all systems—mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing—are functioning optimally. Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance activities, including routine inspections and emergency repairs for aging building systems Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, electrical panels (including high and low voltage), and mechanical equipment Manage maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, inventory, and preventative maintenance tasks Lead team of maintenance technicians by providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure high standards of safety and quality Coordinate projects involving building upgrades or repairs with external contractors and vendors, ensuring timely completion within budget Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair histories for accountability and future planning Requirements Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervising responsibilities Strong mechanical knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical (including high and low voltage), and industrial machinery Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate teams effectively and document procedures clearly Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams, manage projects, and prioritize tasks efficiently Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor where your expertise will help maintain the integrity of an iconic high-rise on the water.
