Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Supervisor/Technician to lead and execute comprehensive facilities maintenance operations across our organization. This role is vital in ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, . As a key member of our team, you will oversee maintenance activities, manage facilities maintenance teams, and implement maintenance repair procedures that align with safety regulations . Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in maintenance management while fostering a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of routine and preventive maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing. Manage maintenance repair procedures . Lead projects related to facilities management initiatives, including HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical , and infrastructure. Collaborate with management on facilities management strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime. Experience Proven supervising experience managing facilities maintenance teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in mechanical systems repair and industrial maintenance procedures. Strong understanding of electrical systems Familiarity with HVAC system repair, including troubleshooting compressors, fans, thermostats, and ductwork. Project management skills to oversee multiple maintenance projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and team coordination.
