April 24, 2026 Industrial Maintenance Supervisor Wildwood, FL $25 - $30 / per hour Full time Apply Now Back Job Description The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production machinery and equipment. This role requires expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, as well as welding and fabrication. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and industrial electrical systems. Perform ARC/MIG welding and fabrication tasks to support maintenance operations. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs and adjustments. Document maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used. Collaborate with other technicians and departments to promptly resolve maintenance issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Shift is 5AM - 5PM with lots of overtime! Ability to commute to the Wildwood, FL location and/or relocate prior to employment. Ability to travel up to 25% as needed. Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of hydraulics and industrial electrical practices. Proficiency in ARC/MIG welding techniques and fabrication processes. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality assurance. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Military experience is a plus but not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.
