Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Our growing shop is looking for a dedicated Automotive Manager to lead our team to success! ASE certification is an advantage but not a requirement—your skills and experience matter most. Previous experience as a manager or an automotive shop is a must. Duties Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Oversee daily shop operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks. Monitor and maintain average ticket per vehicle to align with industry standards. Conduct interviews and training sessions for new hires, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet company standards. Utilize POS systems effectively to streamline transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Oversee state inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulations and requirements. Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary to optimize efficiency. Use your repair expertise to guide the team and advise customers on vehicle needs Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development. Experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement. Familiarity with POS systems and retail marketing practices is advantageous.
