We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collision Center Manager to lead our team of technicians and administrative staff. If you are already an experienced manager—or an assistant ready to step into a management role—we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the collision center Hire, train, and manage a strong team of technicians and administrative staff Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner Write and review damage estimates; manage Direct Repair Programs (DRPs) for insurance companies Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, insurance companies, and other Mahalak Auto Group dealerships in the area Monitor expenses, billing, and overall shop profitability Continuously improve operations, processes, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the collision repair industry (management experience preferred) Strong leadership skills with integrity, respect, empathy, courage, and gratitude Excellent communication, customer service, and team-building skills Knowledge of new vehicle repair technologies and solid understanding of estimating processes Proficiency in CCC and other shop management systems I-CAR Certification preferred Professional appearance and work ethic Authorized to work in the USA; must pass background check, MVR, and drug screen Ready to Lead with Us?
