Job Description
Run the front of a shop that has earned its reputation for 35 years. Eurotech German Car Service has been Winter Park's independent alternative to the dealer since 1991. We service BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, and MINI with factory-level tooling, documented processes, and technicians who are paid to do the job right the first time. Almost all of our growth has come from word of mouth. We are hiring a Service Manager to lead the front of the house — the service advisors, the schedule, the customer experience, and the numbers behind all three. This is a leadership seat, not a write-up desk. Monday through Friday. No weekends. Ever. What you'll do Lead and coach the service advisor team with clear daily direction and real accountability Own the schedule and shop capacity so technicians stay productive and promise times hold Set the standard for client communication: clear estimates, honest recommendations, no surprises Review repair orders for documentation quality, gross profit, and correct labor billing Resolve escalated customer concerns and protect a 35-year reputation Work directly with the owner on hiring, training, process improvement, and performance targets What we're looking for Automotive service management or senior service advisor experience (European or dealership background is a strong plus) Comfort with the numbers: hours per RO, effective labor rate, gross profit, closing ratio A leader people want to follow — direct, calm under pressure, and consistent Strong communication with clients and technicians alike, written and verbal Working knowledge of shop management software (we run Shop-Ware) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation $70,000 - $120,000 per year — hourly base plus performance commission. The top of that range is earned, not theoretical.
