POSITION OVERVIEW

High-volume Kia dealership seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead technician productivity, assist with diagnostics, and maintain repair quality. This is a working foreman role for a strong technician who can lead from the front.

COMPENSATION

Compensation based on experience and performance Performance-based bonus opportunities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Dispatch and manage daily shop workflow Assist technicians with advanced diagnostics Ensure repair quality and reduce comebacks Work with advisors to maximize efficiency and throughput Monitor technician performance and productivity Maintain a structured, accountable shop environment

REQUIREMENTS

Prior Shop Foreman or Lead Technician experience (dealership preferred) Strong diagnostic skills (electrical, drivability, CAN systems) Proven leadership and team management ability Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume shop ASE certifications preferred

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
