In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical HVAC and refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and appliances Responsibilities Service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems. Troubleshoot electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and conduct electrical diagnostics to identify faults. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose issues and perform repairs. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to enhance system longevity and efficiency. Manual Labor as needed for Club repairs. Appliance and refrigeration repair.
