Perform GFEBS transactions supporting:
Master data managementMaterial Requirements Planning (MRP)Plant Maintenance (PM) ordersWork order approval and maintenanceMaintenance reportingGoods receipt processing Coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling and work order workflows with functional area leads.
Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and closeout of maintenance activities within GFEBS.Serve as the contractor's primary GFEBS point of contact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Assistant COR (ACOR).Maintain required GFEBS system access roles and support ongoing program compliance. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience successfully establishing and managing a GFEBS Preventive Maintenance Program on a military installation .Minimum of three (3) years of GFEBS experience , including at least one (1) year supporting an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract exceeding $10 million annually .Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) .Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English effectively.
Must be a legal U.S. resident and able to obtain and maintain a favorable NACI background investigation for the duration of the contract. Coordinator Lead is responsible for establishing, administering, and managing the installation's GFEBS Preventive Maintenance program.
