Responsibilities:

Oversee day to day facility and equipment maintenance operations Supervise maintenance technicians Manage and maintain the facility's ammonia refrigeration systems Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and equipment repairs

Requirements:

3+ years experience managing or supervising a maintenance team Hands on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems Experience maintaining general facility equipment and systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.) Ammonia refrigeration certification Ability to work 1st shift while overseeing 2nd and 3rd shift staff

Schedule:

1st shift, with responsibility for maintenance staff on 2nd and 3rd shift

Compensation:

$100,000 to $110,000, based on experience
