Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lawn Maintenance Team Manager to lead our lawn maintenance crews. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate weekly residential and commercial lawn care clients , and ensure the highest standards of lawn care maintenance to the Pebble Creek standard. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional outdoor environments, combining technical expertise with strong supervisory skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects, from routine lawn care to complex horticultural tasks, all while fostering a positive and productive team atmosphere. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of lawn maintenance crews to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards. Plan and organize morning launch of maintenance teams to ensure efficient completion of daily maintenance tasks. Ensure quality of turf as well as all plantings on the property. Monitor ongoing work to ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry best practices, and environmental regulations. Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscape maintenance techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly. Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment maintenance schedules, and supply inventories. Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand project specifications and deliver customized outdoor solutions. Skills Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance, horticulture, gardening, and lawn care practices. Proven experience supervising landscaping or lawn maintenance teams with strong leadership skills. Ability to perform or oversee tree care activities safely and effectively. Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety standards for tools used in lawn care. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and vendors.
