Hire Job Summary :

The Lead Maintenance Technician will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate daily maintenance activities, perform hands-on repairs, and support facility operations through preventative maintenance programs and emergency response. Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair facility equipment, machinery, and building systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in a manufacturing environment. Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards. Coordinate repairs with internal departments and outside contractors when necessary. Maintain HVAC systems, overhead doors, dock equipment, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems. Assist with general facility upkeep and janitorial duties as needed. Monitor inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts. Develop and improve preventative maintenance schedules. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues. Perform additional duties as assigned. Leadership Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team. Train and mentor maintenance personnel. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching. Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of facility and equipment maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and equipment. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices. Experience performing preventative maintenance programs. Strong documentation and record-keeping skills. Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and outside vendors. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with:

Electrical diagnostics PLC troubleshooting Industrial drives Electrical controls Machine communications Previous leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Demonstrated experience repairing and maintaining industrial equipment. Vocational or technical training in maintenance, industrial technology, or a related field is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and work in various physical positions for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments as needed. #Leadership123
