Job Description
Leading underground construction equipment dealership is looking for a qualified Service Manager with a minimum of five years' as a Field Technician or Service Foreman in the heavy construction equipment industry. Applicant must have experience in hydraulics, electrical engines, and diesel & gas engines. Individual will be responsible for active participation in the daily operation of the service department, including but not limited to customer, team, and supplier communication. Also responsible for the receiving and processing of shipments, technician scheduling, inspections, quotes, work orders, warranty claims, and regulatory compliance. Fleet & shop organization and cleanliness are also key functions. Candidates are required to maintain an insurable driving record, and have verifiable employment references. CDL preferred. Welding experience is a plus. Bilingual a plus. Work week is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
