Position Title:
Project Manager (PM)
Location:
On-site Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday•Friday, 0730•1600 hours (excluding Federal Holidays and administrative facility closures)
Clearance Requirement:
Tier 3 (Secret)•Active at contract start and maintained throughout performance Position Summary The Project Manager (PM) serves as the primary contractor representative responsible for the complete performance, execution, and daily operation of base support services. The PM holds full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor for all contract matters and must maintain an on-site presence during normal duty hours to oversee operational compliance, direct key personnel, and serve as the direct liaison to the Contracting Officer (KO).
Key Responsibilities & Duties Contract Administration:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the KO, managing daily operations, performance standards, and deliverables in full alignment with contract specifications.
Operational Leadership:
Oversee on-site staff, resource allocation, task execution, and quality control across all functional areas of base support.
Contractor Authority:
Exercise full authority to make operational decisions and bind the Contractor on daily performance matters.
Availability & Coverage:
Maintain on-site availability during mandatory operational hours (0730-1600, M-F). Coordinate seamless coverage with a designated Alternate Project Manager (APM) during any planned or unplanned absences.
Security & Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to site security protocols, facility management standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining an active Secret clearance.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in base support management or managing a contract of similar scope and breadth.
Certifications:
If the required bachelor's degree is not a Bachelor of Science in Facility Management, the candidate must hold at least two (2) of the following professional credentials: Facility Management Professional (FMP) Certified Facility Manager (CFM) Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) Facilities Management Certificate (FMC)
Clearance:
Active Tier 3 (Secret) security clearance required prior to contract start date and throughout the duration of employment. •
