This role is ideal for a strong people leader who thrives on organization, accountability, and process improvement. Technical experience is not required—we provide training on our systems and services—but strong communication, leadership, and operational skills are essential. You'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following tasks for which a Service Manager is responsible: Lead, manage, and hold the service delivery team accountable Coordinate daily service operations, scheduling, and dispatch priorities Ensure service requests are handled efficiently and meet agreed service levels (SLA) Act as a point of escalation to ensure client issues are resolved effectively Monitor client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement Review service tickets, time entries, and team performance for accuracy and efficiency Develop and refine internal service processes and documentation Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth service transitions As a Service Manager , you'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to perform the following things: Strong client satisfaction and retention High team accountability and engagement Efficient service delivery processes Consistent execution of scheduled service commitments No Technical Background Required We are not looking for a hands-on technician. This role is focused on leadership, organization, process management, and communication. If you've successfully managed people, operations, or service teams in another industry, we will train you on the rest. What You Bring Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and client-facing abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in operations, customer service leadership, or team management (preferred but not required) Our company runs on EOS purely. That means as a member of this team, you will have a leader who: Gives clear directions Makes sure you have the necessary tools Acts with the greater good in mind Delegates appropriately Takes time to truly understand your role and how you can help the company Makes their expectations clear Communicates well Has effective meetings Meets one-on-one with you quarterly or more, if needed Rewards and recognizes your performance
