Rushmore Management is seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team! As one of the fastest-growing property management companies in the Mid-Atlantic, we're looking for a hands-on leader who is ready to make an impact. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of maintenance experience and be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of a multifamily community, leading the maintenance team, ensuring quality repairs, and helping maintain a safe, well-kept property while delivering excellent service to our residents.

Salary:

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour + Sign on bonus!!

Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities:

Completing maintenance tickets. Must be knowledgeable in the basics of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance troubleshooting and repair, carpentry, drywall patching and repair, and other general maintenance tasks as they arise. Communicating with the property and service manager and working closely with team members to complete service requests and unit make-readies in a timely fashion with high-quality craftsmanship. Participating in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies Maintaining the property shop in an organized manner. Sharing your knowledge with coworkers and assisting each other when challenges arise. Going above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service. Managing your time wisely. Anticipating problems that residents may have before they even occur.

Maintenance Supervisor requirements:
