Maintenance Manager - Food / Packaging Flippen, Georgia (Commutable from: McDonough, Blacksville, Windhaven Plantation, Atlanta) $110,000 - $130,000 + Training + Progression + Relocation Package + Day Shift + 10% Annual Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits Are you a hands-on Maintenance Manager from a food or packaging background, looking to put your own stamp on an industry-leading business, offering specialist training, additional certifications, and progression to General Manager level? Do you want to shape an expanding organization, by growing and developing a highly-skilled team of 10 technicians in a state-of-the-art facility? This company have a fantastic reputation in their industry and have a focus on promoting from within. In this role, you will lead a 10-person maintenance team within a 24-hour automated facility, overseeing highly automated equipment including conveyors, palletizers, tunnel washers, and material handling systems.
