- + Leading, coaching, and developing maintenance supervisors and technicians across split shifts to maximize equipment uptime and team performance + Owning the reliability and rapid recovery of automated material-handling equipment, including PLC systems, conveyor lines, robotics, sortation, and RFID systems + Overseeing preventive, condition-based, and continuous-improvement maintenance programs using a CMMS, ensuring robust PM schedules and compliance + Managing all facility systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, commercial kitchen equipment, and more—keeping infrastructure up to code and supporting site operations + Tracking and improving KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and breakdown frequency using data and analytics for root cause analysis and downtime prevention + Executing maintenance projects, managing budgets, controlling spare-part inventory, supervising vendors and contractors, and supporting regulatory inspections •This job might be an outstanding fit if you:•+ Have a bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience + Bring 7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance/reliability within high-throughput distribution, warehouse automation, or manufacturing + Have at least 3+ years in a supervisory or management role leading maintenance teams + Possess advanced knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), robotics, conveyors, sorters, and facility systems such as HVAC, fire sprinklers, and commercial refrigeration + Demonstrate expertise with CMMS-driven preventive and condition-based maintenance + Show a proven record of driving improvement on maintenance KPIs and managing multiple projects successfully + Are available to work split shifts (Monday through Friday) and respond to critical incidents as needed •What happens next•Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
