Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and delivery Participate in lean/continuous improvement projects Lead, coach, and manage a large team in a high volume manufacturing facility Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency Coach, train and develop direct reports Establish and implement preventive maintenance systems Manage spare part Inventory processes Collaborate with Engineering with new equipment installation
Qualifications & Requirements:
