Job Description

Property Experience Director - Job Summary The Property Experience Director oversees the maintenance, repair, and overall appearance of the community's buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for preventative maintenance, daily repairs, life safety system inspections, regulatory compliance, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The Property Experience Director also responds promptly to maintenance needs, supervises facility operations, assists with resident transportation when needed, and helps ensure the community meets all federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Qualifications:
Experience in building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to emergencies Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Excellent customer service and vendor relationship skills Ability to work independently and maintain a safe environment for residents and staff
