Job Description
Have a passion for leading teams and driving inventory excellence? As a Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) Supervisor at our Rome, Georgia manufacturing facility , you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability of spare parts and materials that keep our equipment running safely and reliably. This on-site role leads storeroom and MRO inventory operations, including oversight of a third-party storeroom provider, while partnering closely with Maintenance, Planning, and Operations teams. You'll have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement, strengthen plant reliability, and directly impact cost and performance outcomes. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing MRO Inventory & Storeroom Leadership
- Oversee daily MRO storeroom operations, inventory accuracy, safety stock levels, cycle counts, and third-party storeroom performance. SAP & Data Integrity
- Maintain and optimize SAP master data including part descriptions, lead times, criticality, and inventory parameters. Purchasing & Replenishment
- Manage indirect material purchasing, create and release purchase requisitions, and track deliveries to ensure optimal stock levels. Cost & KPI Management
- Own inventory value targets, monitor financial KPIs, generate daily inventory and financial reports, and drive cost
- reduction initiatives. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Partner with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and vendors to support work orders, shutdowns, kitting activities, and spare parts refurbishment programs. We're Looking for Someone With High School Diploma or GED Proven supervisory or leadership experience in MRO, inventory or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment Hands
- on experience managing MRO inventory and indirect materials Advanced SAP experience related to material management and inventory control Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis Experience managing inventory budgets and driving cost optimization Compensation The annual salary range is $75,400
- $98,910, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.
