About Quality Control Music Quality Control Music is an independent entertainment empire based in Atlanta, GA that provides label and management services to unique talent. QC is the home of rappers Migos, Lil Yachty, Lil Baby, JT, The Boykinz, EJ Jones, BEO Kenny, Kocky Ka, Syamali, Concrete Boys, and a host of other talented artists and producers. Property Information The goal is to maximize the property's value and profitability while ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently for staff. The property is a 3-story Class A office building measuring approximately 44,000 square feet ideally located along the northeastern portion of I-285. The modern setting features a striking building facade, an outdoor patio and beautifully manicured grounds. The property has recently undergone a significant capital improvement program, including new parking lots, new office spaces, new common areas, state of the art technology and new energy-efficient LED exterior and interior lighting. Role Description The Facilities Maintenance Manager ensures the Class A office facility is maintained to an immaculate standard, further enhancing the guest and employee experience. They perform all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the office facility, and are responsible for ensuring they keep the visual aspects of the office in excellent condition by executing an established proactive maintenance regime. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Hands-on approach to maintenance and repair
- Eye for detail, proactive & level-headed
- Ability to use a computer and mobile devices
- Experience with CMMS platforms
- General understanding of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, carpentry, and other crafts
- At least 4 to 5 years of construction/maintenance experience
- Well-versed in all maintenance processes, as well as health and safety regulations
- Take ownership and pride in work task

- Ability to pivot and accommodate changing service needs
- Able to lift, push and pull 50+ lbs
- Able to walk, stand, ascend stairs, climb ladders over 10 feet and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions.
- Fluent in spoken and written English Role Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance activities at a Class A office building: upkeep maintenance tasks, general repairs, equipment troubleshooting and including but not limited to paint touch-ups, turf repairs, finished carpentry repairs, and light fixture upkeep.
- Proactively carry out inspections of the facility via daily site walk-throughs to identify issues and create work orders as necessary.
- Inform manager of any maintenance or equipment issues

OSHA, GA DOH, GA
Fire Department requirements, and other relevant protocols- Knowledgeable of all local, state & federal office facilities requirements
- An essential function of this position is to be on premises to perform all work requirements.
- Primary hours are 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday depending on company needs
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays per the needs of the company
- Maintain a valid Driver's License and must live within 30 minutes of the facility
- Must be responsible for taking calls for after-hours maintenance emergencies; including nights and weekends.
- Must have personal/reliable transportation.
- Must carry a cell phone.
- With direction from Manager be point of contact for any third-party contractors while they're on site.
- Responsible for obtaining multiple bids/quotes for maintenance needs
- Receive prior management approval for all maintenance expenses
- Positively manage relationships with maintenance contractors and service providers while ensuring they perform tasks to the required standard timelines.
- Maintain grooming in accordance with company standards, as outlined by the Employee Handbook and/or uniform policy
- Attend mandatory meetings/trainings including daily stand-ups with managers and weekly maintenance meetings with the office team
- Perform and document routine safety inspections.
- Consistently deliver the highest standards of service.
- Keep all work areas clean and organized.
- Inform Manager on Duty immediately of any OSHA or safety violations. Communication Standards
- Maintain and encourage positive and collaborative working relationships with colleagues and other departments within the organization.
- Have appropriate, clear, comprehensive, and timely communication with all colleagues (both written and verbal).
- Reply to all emails by the end of the shift and complete tasks within set deadlines.
- Input data and ensure CMMS is up-to-date by the end of every shift
- Support strategic projects, including but not limited to working to deadlines, confidently sharing opinions and adding value to any given project, both individually and as part of a team.

Salary Range The salary range for this job is $50,000 to $65,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This role also includes full medical benefits and PTO.
