Position OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team. This role is essential to keeping our equipment running reliably and safely. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations-from preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to compliance and team leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily maintenance operations, including scheduling, team supervision, and equipment servicing.

Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout/Test procedures.

Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues quickly and efficiently.

Manage parts inventory and procurement to avoid delays in production.

Maintain accurate documentation for audits and ensure compliance with OSHA and SQF standards.

Support food safety initiatives by integrating maintenance procedures with quality control requirements.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs and automation equipment.

QualificationsProven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a food production or manufacturing setting.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with PLCs, automation systems, and preventive maintenance strategies.

Solid understanding of industrial safety practices and regulatory compliance.

Ability to lead a team, communicate clearly, and work effectively under pressure.
