Job Description
Pre-Owned Motor Cars is seeking an experienced Service Manager and an experienced Parts Manager to join our leadership team. We are an established independent dealership with a Mazda Service Center that has proudly served the Big Island for over 30 years. We are looking for professionals who take pride in building efficient departments, developing strong teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving profitability. Drive customer satisfaction and retention. Maximize technician productivity and shop efficiency. Coach and develop service advisors and technicians. Monitor repair order quality and workflow. Improve gross profit, labor sales, and average repair order. Maintain manufacturer and dealership standards. Work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Previous dealership Service Manager experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to improve productivity and profitability. Experience with CDK or similar dealership management software is a plus. Positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Parts ManagerResponsibilities Oversee all daily parts department operations. Manage inventory, purchasing, returns, and core processing. Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce obsolescence. Ensure all incoming parts are received, inspected, tagged, and stocked promptly. Support technicians with accurate and timely parts availability. Maximize parts gross profit while maintaining competitive pricing. Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts department. Develop and improve department processes and accountability. Qualifications Previous automotive Parts Manager experience preferred. Strong inventory management and purchasing skills. Experience with CDK or similar dealership software is a plus. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
