ARC OF KONA
is expanding and seeking aFULL-TIME SERVICE SUPERVISOR
to join our team. Position is based in East Hawaii at our office located in Kapaau. The successful candidate will provide quality case management services to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and directly supervise a team of direct support staff in the Kohala, Waimea, and surrounding areas. Bachelor's Degree is required. Experience in the field of disabilities and supervisory experience is preferred. Must have excellent communication skills, interpersonal/people skills, critical thinking skills, ability to work independently and as a team, and ability to analyze data and compile information for reports.
