Role Description The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Albia, IA, responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility. This role manages the maintenance department, assigns daily tasks, and ensures safe, efficient operation of production equipment and building systems. The Maintenance Manager plans and executes preventive maintenance programs, coordinates maintenance and repair work, and troubleshoots equipment issues to minimize downtime. The position also involves maintaining maintenance records, collaborating with production and safety teams, managing vendors and contractors, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in reliability and efficiency. Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance management. Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in preventive maintenance planning and execution to ensure equipment reliability. Demonstrated maintenance management abilities, including workflow coordination and documentation. Knowledge of industrial equipment, facilities systems, and safety regulations. Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications. Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience in aluminum extrusion, metal fabrication, or similar industrial settings is preferred. Must be able to life, push, and pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds. Frequent bending, lifting and reaching. Consistent and reliable attendance is required. Why Work with
