About C&W Trucking:
C&W Trucking and Sons, Inc. is a truckload flatbed carrier that prides itself on customer service and customer satisfaction, based out of the Quad Cities. C&W was founded in 2006, initially with one truck hauling primarily steel. In the past 15 years, C&W has grown to a fleet of over 150 trucks and are constantly growing our team of experienced drivers, and have expanded our services to customers all throughout North America! C&W Trucking and Sons, Inc. is currently seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee and manage our maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of truck and trailer maintenance and repair, as well as experience managing a maintenance team. Responsibilities Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of trucks and trailers Manage and supervise the maintenance team Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities Create and manage the maintenance budget Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and equipment Requirements At least 5 years of experience in truck and trailer maintenance and repair At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines High level of attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
